Conceptual Design &
2D/3D Drawings

After meeting with you, we create mood boards, floor plans, furniture layouts, cabinetry designs, and more - while keeping your style and functionality in mind. We can also review your architectural plans and provide design feedback.

Material & Finish Selections

Our designers keep your style in mind and select materials such as flooring, cabinet species & finish, countertops, paint, siding, and more for your project. But it doesn’t stop there, we also focus on smaller details such as tile, hardware, plumbing & lighting fixtures too.

We create furniture floor plans that perfectly detail the location, scale, and type of furniture for each of your spaces. We then select the leather, fabric, and wood finishes to coordinate with the rest of your home. We also offer staging for art, decor, and accessories.

Furniture & Styling

As the project begins, our design team works alongside your contractor(s) to coordinate design details and oversee the project & timeline. We obtain bids for materials and labor as well as order the product and materials.

Project Coordination

OUR PROCESS

  • Every project starts with an initial consultation to learn more about your project goals, preferences, timelines, and budget.

  • After our initial meeting, our designers will then put together a proposal that is unique to your project.

  • During this stage, we will put together and present floor plans, furniture layouts, 2D\3D drawings and inspiration images to express our initial designs. Once we have developed a vision of how you want to feel and live in your space, we will source design elements for your approval, such as cabinetry, flooring materials, tile, paint colors, lighting/plumbing fixtures, hardware & furniture coverings.

  • Once the design is finalized, our designers work with you, contractors and vendors to implement the plan, overseeing the construction, ordering product, delivery & installation, and finishing of your spaces.
